STEM Club
Hunt Elementary School’s S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) club is made up of 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders who have a love for these areas of study. The main purpose of the STEM club is to provide an extra outlet for children who already show aptitude in the STEM areas and are interested in furthering their learning.
Our students will join tens of thousands of students around the world who are participating in STEM clubs. Although the STEM club complements the curriculum, it is not designed to be about writing, tests, or exams. Activities may involve practical science experiments, investigations, listening to speakers, visiting STEM career areas and discussion and reflection. Most of all, it will be fun.
